Project overview: Xiangcheng County has 10 towns and 6 townships under its jurisdiction, and is a typical large agricultural county. The county has 100,000 mu of vegetable facilities, 50,000 mu of forest and fruit planting areas, 150,000 mu of three-cherry pepper planting areas, and 200,000 mu of sweet potato areas. In recent years, with the increase in agricultural product output, the public's demand for storage and preservation facilities has gradually increased. In 2016, with the approval of the Henan Provincial Department of Agriculture and the Henan Provincial Department of Finance, Xiangcheng County built 11 assembled cold storages with a capacity of 2,100 tons. After being put into use, the temperature control effect is good, the storage time is long, and the benefits are obvious. In 2021, Xiangcheng County was approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs as a pilot county for the construction of cold storage and preservation facilities in the production areas of agricultural products in the whole county. A total of 38 construction entities were confirmed, 96 new cold storage facilities were built, and the total storage capacity reached 110,000 cubic meters, involving 12 townships (towns) and 34 villages in the county. By implementing the county-wide promotion project of cold storage and preservation of agricultural products at the production site, the annual storage and preservation capacity of agricultural products can be increased by more than 25,000 tons, and the annual storage and preservation of agricultural products can be increased by more than 28 million yuan. Among them, 18,000 tons of fresh potatoes, 3,000 tons of three-cherry peppers, and 4,000 tons of vegetables and fruits can be stored. It is estimated that the value of fresh potatoes can be increased by more than 1,000 yuan per ton after storage, with a total value-added of more than 18 million yuan; the value of three-cherry peppers can be increased by more than 2,000 yuan per ton, with a total value-added of more than 6 million yuan in the county; the value of vegetables and fruits can be increased by more than 1,000 yuan per ton, with a total value-added of 4 million yuan in the county.

Due to the smooth implementation of the county-wide promotion project of cold storage and preservation of agricultural products in recent years, Xiangcheng County has been identified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs as a county for the implementation of the national cold storage and preservation project of agricultural products in the production area according to actual needs and county development needs. At present, the project is being promoted in an orderly manner. In the next step, Xiangcheng County will make the construction of cold chain preservation facilities for agricultural products a top priority for industrial revitalization, vigorously create characteristic brands of agricultural products such as sweet potatoes and peppers, promote the construction of production bases and product trading bases, increase support for cold chain logistics, subject cultivation, and brand building, ensure the orderly and healthy development of cold chain construction, drive farmers to increase income and become rich, and lay a solid foundation for rural revitalization.

Ventilation solution:

一. Design of MultiXair fabric duct air supply system:

1. Use MultiXair high permeability material to prevent ice and frost on the system surface.

2. The air cooler is composed of multiple fans in parallel. When supplying air, there is a phenomenon of airflow impact and disturbance. In order to reduce the impact and stabilize the system wind pressure, a fabric static pressure box is designed for the connection part with the air cooler. The static pressure box jets out the air. The wind speed in the static pressure box is lower than the wind speed in the air duct, which converts part of the dynamic pressure into static pressure, making the system air supply more stable and balanced. The static pressure box is used as a buffer part to prevent the residual defrosting water from blowing to the air duct and then to the material after defrosting. To facilitate the deicing of the system, the static pressure box is designed as an independent component, and the connection with the air cooler fan and the air duct is connected with a zipper;

3. Use MultiXair-S series rectangular fabric air duct;

4. Use multiple rows of steel wire Rope suspension system, the hanging points are in multiple rows at 12 o'clock, hanging close to the ceiling, and the hanging points are set at the end, which are stretched and fixed to prevent the end from moving when the fan is started and stopped;

5. The wind speed of the static pressure box is controlled at 4~6m/s, and the inlet wind speed of the fabric duct system is controlled at 8~10m/s;

6. The air supply mode is horizontal air supply with multiple rows of side holes. The air flow is mainly covered in the horizontal direction. The holes are designed with S-shaped cross-arrangement. The bottom surface is in the form of infiltration. The air supply coverage is wider, and the air flow does not blow directly to the material, which effectively reduces the dry consumption of food materials. See the air supply diagram for details;

7. The inlet section of the fabric duct system is sleeved on the air outlet of the air cooler and tightly connected;

二. Installation requirements

1. The installation of MultiXair fabric duct system should be carried out after the indoor air handling unit and other equipment are installed and the site is cleaned. During the installation process, the construction workers need to wear clean gloves and keep the construction tools clean to ensure that the fabric duct system has a good appearance after installation.

2. Installation at the entrance: The air outlet of the air cooler needs to be equipped with an extended circular connecting tube. The entrance of the fabric duct system is directly sleeved on the outer surface of the connecting tube and tightened and fixed by a tight band (it is strictly forbidden to drill holes on the surface and fix them with rivets). For the convenience of construction, the entrance of the fabric air system should be 20mm larger than the diameter of the connecting tube. To prevent the fabric duct system from falling off, a 5mm smooth flange is required at the end of the connecting tube.

3. Installation of wire rope system: Use 5mm plastic-coated wire rope, 6# lock buckle, 10# basket bolt, set a hanging wire rope in each row direction at 3, 9 and 12 o'clock of the fabric duct system, measure the actual installation position, first stretch the main wire rope in the horizontal direction, tighten and fix it with a tensioner at the end, and then set a group of vertical hanging points every 5 meters in the vertical direction to prevent the middle part from sagging. After installing the fabric duct system, adjust the basket bolts and vertical wire ropes at both ends to make the overall height consistent. At least two lock buckles are set at each wire rope fixing node to prevent the wire rope from loosening.

4. After the MultiXair fabric duct system is installed, ventilate and debug to see if the system runs smoothly and whether there is any shaking. Rotate and adjust the entrance to keep the system at a positive angle, adjust the hook at the uneven part, etc., so that the system is naturally smooth.

5. After the debugging and adjustment of the MultiXair fabric duct system is completed, fix the hook at the end with a lock buckle.

6. All zipper joints of the MultiXair fabric duct system are located at 12 o'clock (center of the upper plane).

7. Each air supply system of the MultiXair fabric duct system consists of multiple sections, each section has its own number, and must be connected according to the number of each section. Private splicing is prohibited.
