Project Overview:This project is Shandong Greenhouse 3, with a height of 4 meters, a width of 11 meters, and a length of 60 meters; Greenhouse 4, with a height of 4.5 meters, a width of 13 meters, and a length of 60 meters, has a semi-circular downward shape at the top. Each greenhouse is equipped with four air coolers, each with an air volume of 18000m3/h. The equipment is placed on the side close to the wall and suspended from the ceiling. Mainly for cherry and precious sapling greenhouses, high temperature control requirements, good uniformity, and high requirements for air supply and airflow.

Ventilation system solution:

1. Adopting MultiXair-S series fabric air ducts and micro permeable materials to prevent condensation on the system surface.

2. The air volume is 18000m3/h, and the shape is a circular fabric air duct with a diameter of 813mm.

3. The air cooler is composed of two fans connected in parallel, and there is a phenomenon of mutual impact and disturbance of airflow during air supply. In order to reduce impact and stabilize the system air pressure, a fabric static pressure box is designed at the connection part with the air cooler. The wind speed inside the static pressure box is lower than that of the air duct, and part of the dynamic pressure is converted into static pressure to make the system air supply more stable and balanced. The static pressure box serves as a buffer part, which can also prevent residual defrosting water from blowing towards the air duct and material after defrosting. The static pressure box is designed as an independent component, and zippers are used to connect with the air cooler fan and air duct. Zippers are also set at both ends of the static pressure box, and pressure relief holes are set in the static pressure box to reduce the impact of airflow on the static pressure box and air duct when the fan is started. 4. The air supply mode is multi row angle air supply through the orifice, ensuring multi angle surface coverage of the airflow. The orifice is designed in an S-shaped cross arrangement, providing a wider coverage of the air supply. To avoid direct air flow causing dry consumption of materials in the greenhouse, the fabric air duct adopts a single-sided 40-80 degree opening design. At a height of 1.5m on the ground, the airflow speed is designed to be 0.2m/s, as shown in the air supply schematic diagram.

5. Adopting a double row steel wire rope suspension system, the suspension point is at 2:10 am, and a horizontal suspension point is set at the end to stretch and fix it to prevent the end from moving when the fan starts and stops.
